Studio Policies
We keep things simple so you can focus on looking your best.
Late Fee
$15A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time. This ensures we stay on schedule and provide the best service to all clients.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee
$30A $30 fee applies for late cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation window and for no-shows. Clients who miss two appointments without notice may no longer be accepted. Failure to pay the no-show fee will result in declined future bookings.
